With our work deeply rooted in the spirit of West Coast Modernism, euoi is thrilled to again sponsor this year's West Coast Modern Week 2025. This festival brings the community together in celebration of the distinct architectural movement that has shaped the modern built environment of Canada's west coast for the better part of the past century.

We had the pleasure of speaking to the International Baccalaureate Visual Arts class at Seaquam Secondary to talk about local architecture, mid-century modernism, and artistic processes. The talk was precipitated by the class' exploration of Sunshine Hills Modernism including one of euoi studio's recent projects. It was an absolute delight and man those young humans were thoughtful, funny, and inspiring.

Site | Light | Cadence | Space: Arthur Erickson Revisited marks the centenary and built legacy of Canada's pre-eminent architect through the lens of local designers (Daina Augaitis, Clinton Cuddington, Geoffrey Erickson, and Nick Milkovich) who have revisited some of his seminal works. The West Coast Modern League was off to the Design Victoria Festival presenting On the Boards with Andrew van Egmond and Bianca Bodley. This event featured a talk about bespoke, natural landscapes, with each of the designers speaking to projects recently completed or currently underway. euoi studio was happy to sponsor this event in celebration of our community's local design excellence.
