E19 seeks to provide interior living that is accessible to young families, with the idea that simple and thoughtful modern interiors can be achieved at developer specifications. Spearheaded by a developer with a keen appreciation for local architecture, art, and west coast influences, euoi studio was engaged to provide interior designs for this project.

Inspired by the colours of the west coast and timeless mid-century modern design, the interior palette is comprised of layered textures with unexpected pops of colour and geometry. Textured terrazzo tile is paired with warm wood and smoky glazed light fixtures to create calming, rich, and clean spaces. An architectural wood picket stair brings warmth to the main floor, and eccentric vaulted ceilings are maximized using colour, floor-to-ceiling geometric tiles, and mirrors.
